We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures in line with UK consumer law.

1. Online orders – right to cancel

If you place an order online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

To cancel, please notify us by email or phone within the 14-day period.

2. Conditions for returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in a resaleable condition

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Items excluded from returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Swimming pool chemicals that have been opened or used

  • Products with broken seals

  • Custom or special-order items

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement

  • A full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

6. In-store purchases

In-store purchases are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Chemicals & safety notice

Swimming pool chemicals must be handled and stored correctly. Refunds cannot be issued for damage or issues caused by misuse or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
