We sell swimming pool chemicals, equipment, parts and related products both online and in-store.

2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time.

3. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Images are for illustration only

  • Packaging may differ from images shown

  • Product specifications may change without notice

 

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your pool or system, please contact us before purchasing

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

 

Pricing errors:

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is only accepted once:

 

  • Payment has been received, and

  • You receive an order confirmation email

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or we suspect misuse.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery

Please inspect goods on delivery and notify us of any damage or issues as soon as possible.

7. Your right to cancel (online orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.

 

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is fine).

 

Exclusions

 

The right to cancel does not apply to:

 

  • Chemicals 

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Products unsealed after delivery where hygiene or safety applies

8. Returns and refunds

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

 

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

9. Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

You may be entitled to:

 

  • A repair or replacement

  • A refund if the issue cannot be resolved

10. Chemicals and safety

Swimming pool chemicals must be:

 

  • Stored correctly

  • Used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions

 

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect dosing, or failure to follow safety guidance.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

 

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business.
