FREE SHIPPING on orders over £100 (including VAT)
Orders of £100 including VAT or under will be charged £9.99 carriage.

 

Orders over £100.00 including VAT are delivered carriage free to Mainland UK.
Please note: Some areas incur additional carriage charges, including:

  • Scotland (postcodes: PH, PA, KA, AB, DD, KW, IV, HS, ZE)
     

  • Isle of Wight
     

  • Isle of Man

 

Any additional carriage costs will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery Service

Most items are shipped via our trusted carriers and 98.5% of orders are delivered next working day, Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are usually non-delivery days.

Please include your mobile phone number at checkout so our delivery drivers can contact you if needed.

Delivery Instructions

If your address is difficult to find or located in a new development, please provide clear instructions at checkout.

You may also leave instructions for the driver to:

  • Leave your order with a neighbour, or
     

  • Leave it in a safe place without a signature.
     

Important: If you choose delivery without signature, you accept full responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen.

Excess Shipping & Special Items

Some items (especially large, heavy, or non-stock items) may incur excess shipping charges based on size and weight.

  • Certain products (e.g. filter sand) already include extra carriage in their pricing.
     

Orders below the minimum order value will still incur a £7.99 charge where applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted three times and fails, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.

If you decide not to proceed after failed delivery:

  • A minimum £40 administration charge will be deducted from your refund.
     

A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Offshore & Remote Deliveries

All offshore deliveries are charged at increased rates. Additional weight charges may apply.

We will always contact you to confirm any variations to shipping costs before proceeding with your order.
